Mr. Weiss established this firm in 1995 and has over 35 years in civil practice. Mr. Weiss serves clients throughout the State of Delaware and is admitted to practice in all Courts in the State of Delaware, the Federal Court for the District of Delaware and the United States Supreme Court. His focus of practice is on plaintiff personal injuries and claimant’s workers’ compensation. He is listed in Best Lawyers in America, where he was named as a 2014 Lawyer of the Year and is also listed in Super Lawyers for Delaware and Pennsylvania. He has also been listed in Delaware Today’s Top Lawyers. Mr. Weiss is a member and Past President of the American Board of Trial Advocates and has earned an AV peer review rating by Martindale Hubbell-the highest rating in both legal ability and ethical standards. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware and the Villanova University School of Law.
Ms. Saville also serves clients throughout the State and is admitted to practice before all State Courts, Federal Court and before the United States Supreme Court. Her practice concentrates in alternative dispute resolution having served as a neutral in over 16,000 cases. She is a past President of the Delaware State Bar Association and a past President of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association. She is listed in Best Lawyers in America®, where she has been named as a Lawyer of the Year for Mediation in Wilmington multiple times. She has been recognized for years as one of Delaware Today’s Top Lawyers and Philadelphia Magazine’s Delaware Super Lawyers, with a special designation as one of the Top 10 attorneys in Delaware five times. In recognition of her ADR practice, Ms. Saville was named a “Friend of the Court” by President Judge. She has also been honored with the Women’s Leadership Award from the Delaware State Bar Association and Alumna of the Year award from Delaware Law School. Ms. Saville served as a Special Master for complex civil cases in Delaware’s District Court for eight years and has been an adjunct professor at the Delaware Law School since 2014. Ms. Houser joined the law firm in 2010. She serves clients throughout the State and is admitted to practice before all State Courts and Federal Court. Her civil practice concentrates in plaintiff’s personal injury and claimant’s workers’ compensation. She has been a member of the Executive Committee of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association since 2012. For the past two years, she has served as CLE Co-chair, and will serve as the Membership Co-chair next year. Additionally, Ms. Houser has volunteered with the Combined Campaign for Justice since 2011. She is also an active member of the Delaware State Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation and Women & the Law Sections.
